Level Two Programs

Level Two is all about further discovering STEM/AeroSpace concepts introduced in Level One courses and gives students additional opportunities to get hands-on education.

 

One(B)

This interdisciplinary course, blends character development, leadership skills, and hands-on exploration of aviation, aerospace and technology. Through a combination of conceptual understanding, practical application, and outdoor experiences, students will develop a deeper understanding of fascinating world of aerospace, themselves and their potential as leaders.

Introductory Flight Training (IFT) series

Learn and fly with soaring expert instructors! In this series, students participate in ground school and take flight lessons with FAA certified flight instructors.

 

Cyber workshops

Explore cyber topics from the fundamentals to applied programming, robotics, and certifications in a “study group” format that emphasizes hands-on activities.

aviation mechanics series

Learn the mechanical side of airplanes! This course series teaches students how to maintain and build airplanes.

 
 
 

COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING (CAD and CAM)

These courses teach students the fundamentals of CA-Design and CA-Manufacturing as well as offering advanced courses to further knowledge and skills. Students will be prepared to test for the different levels of CAD Certification (Associate, Professional; and Expert). Students will also learn how to utilize CNC and 3D printers using advanced programming systems such as MasterCAM to create, test and refine designs in the real world.

Adventure-based leadership (abl)

This course is an exciting outdoor learning and leadership program that aims to teach both wilderness and leadership skills through hands-on learning.
