Subject: Our Commitment to Your Child’s Safety

Dear Falcon AeroLab Families,

I am writing to you personally because your trust matters deeply to us, and we believe in transparency — especially when it concerns the safety and wellbeing of your children.

Recently, we experienced two separate incidents in which students were left unsupervised at the end of a class session before their parents had arrived. No child was harmed, but any lapse in supervision is unacceptable. These incidents conflict with the standards we hold ourselves to and with the responsibility you expect from an organization dedicated to supporting and educating young people.

We own this failure. And we are taking action.

At Falcon AeroLab, our first obligation is — and always will be — to protect your children. These incidents revealed that some of our procedures were not being followed with the discipline and consistency you deserve. I want you to know that we are correcting that immediately.

Here are the steps we are taking:

1. Mandatory training for all staff.
Every instructor and support team member is undergoing immediate training on supervision requirements, release procedures, and our “no student left unsupervised” policy.

2. Reinforced policy: A minimum of one adult must be present with students at all times.
From the start of class until the final student is picked up, an instructor or authorized staff member will remain with the group — without exception.

3. Increased leadership oversight.
Campus leads and senior staff will now conduct spot-checks to ensure protocols are being followed consistently and correctly.

Our Commitment to You

Falcon AeroLab was built on the belief that education, inspiration, and safety must go hand in hand. We care about your children as if they were our own, and we take this responsibility with the utmost seriousness.

We cannot change the mistakes made, but we can — and will — ensure they do not happen again.

If you have questions, concerns, or suggestions, please reach out directly to me or any member of our leadership team. Your feedback and trust guide us as we recommit to the highest standards of care, professionalism, and safety.

Thank you for giving us the privilege of working with your children. We are determined to honor that trust every single day.

Sincerely,
Mark Hyatt
